The Start

The PALPOR ADVISORY model commonly begins with an initial period of intense work – whether it is the development of a strategic plan to the mapping of organizational processes. At an appropriate stage, we most often conduct a knowledge transfer to the in-house client resources to enable him/her/them to take over the process using the newly acquired knowledge. Our job is to ensure we obsolesce ourselves, and the client develops an in-house competency.

Working with our clients, reviewing business operations, processes, governance, financial structure, personnel and presenting recommendations, an action plan and time bound deliverable.

Engagement

Our engagements are tailor-made to specific client situations. Our hallmark comes from our ability to be highly effective and productive in a very short amount of time – thereby maximizing the value to each client.

For some clients, the requirements are very clear, and we can speak to our capabilities and experience. In such situations, we develop the project approach, kick-off, and dive directly into the engagement.

For other clients, the real needs are not clear. Typically, we spend a few days to a few weeks conducting an assessment, which can take many different forms. At the conclusion, a clear statement of the challenge and goal is delivered, along with a delivery plan.

Some clients simply require education, which then later leads to emerging consulting needs. In such situations, we simply provide an executive-level seminar on strategic planning and strategy execution methodologies.
